holy guacomoley! road trip to Lake Wanaka!

so right after Fox Glacier, we went straight to our next point, Lake Wanaka.

if my last point was gloomy and dark, next is super bright and cheery.
almost like i went to 2 completely diff planet in 2days.

it took us about 5hours to reach Lake Wanaka. 
i tell you, the 5hours was my tony romas short rib experience x 10000.

it was reallllllyyyy breathtaking i almost choked myself while driving, resulting Jaja to take over the driver seat.

hhhhmmm, i wonder what is the accident rate along the stretch of Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawae road.

for now i'll stop exaggerating and will let the pictures speak the truth.

1. we stopped at kunun2 RnR dia la kan. masa ni jauh lagi daripada Lake Wanaka (or is it Lake Wanaka besar sangat, entah?). dasat kan RnR dia ada tandas 2ketul, tempat top-up air dalam botol and this view. air dia tejuk2 tangat kalu nak mandi confirm mati kejung. haha.
2. RnR dia. kena jalan skek nak ke nombor 1.
3. haaaa tu diaaaa. i took a video with this view while driving. i think i made jaja takut :p

5. fyi, Lake Hawae and Lake Wanaka is side by side separated by jalan yang kitaorg lalu. WIN!
6. i love picnicking. it was summer tapi the breeze was ohsem!
7. we reached Lake Wanaka CBD almost night. tapi pukul 8 malam dia pun masih cerah. tapi kedai2 depa tutup awal. if and only if i have the chance to work there, me think me'll be less kiasu and more sappy. lol.
8. we cooked our own dinner. goreng telur tanpa minyak. toasted bread. fish nugget. all we brought from Greymouth and cooked in the hostel's kitchen (remember our stash of food from my previous entry?)
